How do I make an appointment?
Before booking an appointment, make sure we're a good fit by reading our Salon Policies and FAQs. After that, the quickest way to get an appointment is by booking online, Same day appointments are sometimes available, just call and speak with a staff member. We also have a waitlist link at the top of this page. If you add your name to the waitlist, we will call you if we have a last minute cancellation.
It's been a few months, but I'm not a first time client. Why am I considered a "New Guest?"
If your last visit was 4 months ago or longer, we're starting over in regards to healthy hair maintenance. Your hair will need to be re-assessed and extra charges may apply if your hair is excessively tangled, Returning clients are also required to pay a non-refundable $30 deposit in order to secure an appointment time.
What kind of hair does Texture Factory specialize in?
We specialize in haircare for all textures. Our top priority is providing quality care to women with any texture that's wavy, curly, kinky or chemically straightened. However you desire to wear and maintain your hair with us, it will be healthy.
What is included with my service?
Texture Factory doesn't compromise on healthy haircare. Our Services always come with everything you need to keep healthy in our extreme desert climate.

Do you accept walk-ins?
We can't take walk-ins, however we can make same day appointments. Call 480-984-3308 before 12 noon to check for available openings.
Do you service children?
Yes, we do service children 13 and older who know how to behave quietly in a salon environment. Please see our Salon Policies to view our rules regarding No Children allowed who are not receiving hair services.
Why do I have to pay a deposit or cancellation fee?
Last minute cancellations and no-shows are costly and another client could have been booked for that time. Your deposit serves as security that our time won't be completely wasted. Your deposit is non-refundable but is applied to your service on the day of your scheduled appointment. Please see our Cancellation Policy in order to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.
Do you do relaxers?
Yes, and this ain't your aunties relaxer! Our Texture-Safe custom relaxers can be curly or straight. It just depends on what your needs are. This relaxer service is the best in the business and never compromises the health of your hair strands.
Do you do sew-ins or braiding?
No, not at this time.
Can I bring my own Products or Tools?
No, We use products and tools that have proven results in this climate from various professional haircare lines.
Can I come to my appointment already shampooed and blowdried?
