If your last visit was 4 months ago or longer, you're a returning/new guest. Please note, as a returning client you may not be able to book with your previous stylist, and you will need to book a "New Guest "service. A $30 deposit is also required to book in this case.
If your hair is well past your shoulders and / or excessively thick, there will be an up-charge of $10-$25 depending on the service you are receiving.
No Ma'am! Children are not allowed unless they are receiving services. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Clients arriving with children will be asked to reschedule and forfeit their $30 deposit.
Due to COVID-19, were unable to allow extra seating in our lobby for individuals not receiving services. Therefore, we ask that you don't bring friends and family to accompany you to your appointment. Your company will be asked to remain outside the salon.
A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay a fee equal to 50% of your service. If you have had several same day cancellations in the past, you will be required to pay a $30 deposit prior to booking all subsequent salon appointments.
We accept payment in cash, credit or debit card, (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
To ensure a quality service to all of our clients, we may need to change your scheduled services or reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time. If you must reschedule due to arriving late, a fee equal to 50% of your service will be charged and will be due before your next appointment.
