New Guest Services
First time guests must select a service from our "New Guest" category and submit a prepaid deposit online. Your requested time is still open to others until your deposit is submitted. If your hair is well past your shoulders and / or excessively thick, there will be an up-charge of $10-$25 depending on the service you are receiving.
All New Guest Services Include :
A full consultation, hair and scalp analysis, personalized daily care regimen, shampoo, hydrating conditioner and style. If you will be visiting Texture Factory for the first time, please choose one of the following services. If you’re in need of a haircut, you’ll need to add Factory Design to your appointment request. Established client maintenance appointments typically range from $50- $90.

Our Texture Safe custom relaxers relax curls from 40% to 80% depending on desired results. The goal is always to protect the integrity of the hair strand and promote ease of care and growth. These services include Fortifying Hydrating Shampoo, Deep Conditioning, Factory Design and finished style.. Our relaxer does not contain any of the following ingredients recently identified as dangerous by the FDA: Formaldehyde, Formalin, or Methylene glycol.

Factory Twists Tutorial

Twist Out Tutorial and Style for naturals: Our Factory Twists Tutorial service conditions at every step: Hydrating Shampoo, Fortifying Condition, Luxury, (light) Blowdry (for most textures) & Individual twists set with conditioning setting/styling foam. We teach you step by step so you can achieve this beautiful style at home when you can't make it to the salon. You can dry them at the salon or dry them overnight at home.
